Who is this guy? I started my
electrical career working for the Department of Energy at a research facility called
Fermilab in Batavia Illinois. There I was trained in all areas of
electrical circuits, metal
fabrication and principles of mechanical applications. After about a six-year
career working for the government my father and I decided to purchase a
franchise retail store in a major shopping mall in the Chicago suburbs. I
gained experience in business, product purchasing and inventory. The most
important lesson I learned was customer service, the key to any successful
business. As profits started to increase the mall decided to double our rent so
the store was no longer as profitable and we decided to sell it. Here is where
my appliance repair career started. I went to work for Sears and went through
their training program in appliance repair. After about five years Sears had
budget cuts and lay offs so I went to work for a great mid sized family run
repair company. For sixteen years servicing forty to fifty customers a week I
gained a lot of valuable experience. So
what brings me to Michigan. I met a wonderful lady four years ago who has lived
here in Michigan for the past twenty years. At age forty-eight and my two kids now
living out of the house, I decided to shake things up a little. The thought of
moving to a beautiful state like Michigan and starting a business with Linda
was too much to pass up. So I sold my house in Wisconsin and quit my job of
sixteen years on the same day. Did I say shake things a little bit!
I'm looking forward to taking care of all of your major appliance repair needs.
